If I may ask..

While I was working on a report today morning, my mind wandered off to many thought landscapes. Like I had said in an earlier post, I have these questions suddenly popping inside my head that I feel like shouting them out to a crowd.

Here is today's question:

Is there this one thing (need not necessarily be a physical entity) that you love/value the most in life? If so, what is it? And, why do you love it so much??

Waiting to hear sound bytes! :)

PS: No particular reason as to why this question. Just like that!

PPS: And I want honest answers!!! :D

Hi..Coming back after a long time and I guess I have a lot to catch up with. So you are back to active blogging?

One thing that I love/value in life is music. The only time I have experienced so called bliss is while listening to good music. For eg. I was just listening to "Lukka chuppi" from RDB and I felt such a strange feeling which has to be experience and cannot be explained. Music is divine. Music is GOD.

mypajama.com !!!

Because it is my one refuge in the world full of things I don't care about. Because it makes me proud every once in a while. Because it keeps me worried and keeps me thinking how I can make it better.

Me.

Because, me is so good. And me is the cause of all my happiness and sorrows. Me creates and maintains my whole life. So me is great. And i love me.

my view of life and everything related to it. It enables me to live through the worst and enjoy the best, yet come out almost unscathed. I might change from my experiences but my core values/opinions don't. keeps my perspective (whether right or wrong) straight.

Good question - The one thing which pops up in my mind is - Reason. Why ? Well - The ability to live each moment of life consciously, the ability to take decisions independently, to judge people and accept them for what they are and generally live a life in your own terms knowing fully well that you are responsible for the end result - all of these come from Reasoning. Offcourse emotions obscure my reasoning at times, but again it's just a screen - Reasoning will prevail at the end !!

Back here !!

Well, one thing that i hold dear to me is an ability to relate to people, hear them about, help them get on with lives and grow further !

I feel that is rather unique ability !

Other elements that keep my mind occupied include music, blog, writing, chatting..

The one thing i value most in loved ones. Over the years i have made countless mistakes and possibly caused their opinions of me to change not always for the better, but the one thing that has never changed is the fact that they love me, and i love them too, i know i can always count on that one thing to remain constant in my life

How long had it been that I came here??? Though I read this entry loong back, somehow i ended up only today!..I am yet to loose one thing that I can say is the most valuble thing!!! What seemed to be most valuble when I lost it, doesnt seem to be all that valuble now..may be it is coz of the fact that I lost it in the first place...but then, thats how it is!

Hi Anu, it is the VOID again.....am sure you use the word LOVE in a more holistic and deeper sense rather than a mere tactile form of appreciation. If it is love in that sense that you use, then you dont need a specific object, if you have the desire for any thing, to give you a sense of satisfaction, then it can be varied and the same object need not evoke in you, the same feeling always........there is a certain (de)gradation of what you feel. LOVE for everything like freedom, food, or people depends on whether you have or you don't.....Hope i confused you again.......get into pristinestillness if you have time

Hello Anupama,

This is my first post on your blog since I discovered it on Indiblogger. I have enjoyed your stories and skill and have bookmarked the route to The Storyteller's Hut.

Kindness is what I value most. I have never been disappointed by it.
